Changing the childhood obesity conversation to improve children’s health

How we talk about child health and obesity matters. Growing evidence shows that where we live and what we earn shapes the options available to us in terms of food and activity.

But there’s a disconnect between this evidence and general public understanding of the issue. This disconnect is one of the most significant barriers to tackling the problem. Many people working in this field recognise that we urgently need to change the conversation. This project was commissioned to work out how.
