As an anthropologist, Charlotte has a long-established interest in how culture impacts shared thinking and behaviour. She received her training at the Institute of Social and Cultural Anthropology at Oxford University, where she graduated first in class.
During her time as the Head of Research for the Phenomen Trust, she undertook many large scale, multi-method, qualitative research projects, which built public understanding of various significant social issues. She also grew the department through partnership building and events.
Her research has been published in international, peer-review journal and chapter formats. She has also contributed to outputs for the BBC and CNN.
Charlotte holds a PhD and MSt from Oxford University.
