Angeliki Lampropoulou

Research Assistant

Angeliki serves as a Research Assistant at FrameWorks UK. She is an applied linguist with a strong interest in how language shapes the way we think and talk about social issues.

Angeliki is passionate about exploring how framing choices, and particularly metaphors, influence public thinking and is keen on finding ways to optimise their use to create social impact. She holds an MA in Language and Linguistics with distinction from Lancaster University and is currently completing her PhD at Queen Mary University of London, specialising in health communication.

Angeliki has contributed to multiple interdisciplinary projects as a research assistant, including research on autism and digital inclusivity, as well as on the role of discourse and government rhetoric in shaping public responses to healthcare austerity policies in the EU.
